Item Title
C-57 Additive Change Order #2 for Orange Park High School HVAC Replacement Buildings 10 & 24

Issue/Rationale

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for items required but not known at the time of bid opening (see attached).



Recommended Action

Approve the Change Order.



Financial Impact

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $10,725.00.  The Substantial Completion date is August 11, 2014.  Final Completion date is September 10, 2014.  Engineer fees will increase by $643.50 as a result of this change order.
